Not everything you eat feeds the yeast. Many people here are on a much more restrictive diet than I had to use, and I was extremely ill for a very long time!

It worked for me! There ARE answers. I don't know what you tried, but I ONLY had to cut malt and vinegar out of my diet. I also took nystatin. Drank lots of water. Then, I did P&B shakes to cleanse for only about six weeks. The probiotics will only work after you have cleaned out enough candida. Before that time, the candida are extremely toxic to the probiotics, and quickly kill them. So, wait on that. Once the candida population is down, you need to deliver the probiotics to your gut without the stomach destroying them. Some use enemas for that, I used acidophilus "pearls" designed to release in the gut. Seemed to work very well for me.

It only took about six months altogether to be pretty much "done" with the candida. However, I started having very dramatic improvement within a week of starting the diet (just giving up vinegar and all forms of malt), and within 24 hours of starting the nystatin. Some people do need more strict diets, but many people do not.

If you are seriously thinking about suicide, you need to act immediately to keep yourself safe. Candida does not have to win. You could be better by next summer already, but whatever you have tried so far is obviously not working, so look around for more info. If the candida is very bad, you may have severe brain fog, and you may not be thinking clearly. The brain fog and Depression can be caused by candida. Tell someone who can help you find assistance. If they do not, find someone else who will.
