candida score from 200 to 104-108?

I am thinking of purchasing Threelac after seeing so much good feedbak on the net, but would first like to hear from someone who has used it and found it helpful or not, and how long they were on it for...

Also, is it also important to keep to the strict candida diet whilst being treated with Threelac.
