After about 25 years with a candida problem, I do believe I have found the solution: Curcumin and black pepper with your food. Curcumin powder "unsticks" the candida biofilm that the yeast uses to stick to surfaces of organs. And black pepper, freshly ground, unleashes the effect of curcumin. A win-win combination, and a little goes a long way. Just sprinkle some curcumin powder on your meal from a salt shaker, and then grind a bit of black pepper from a hand-held pepper mill. Do it for every meal, or at least for most meals, and in about two weeks you will be nicely impressed. Make sure the black pepper is ground into the smallest possible grain sizes. You do not want black pepper grains blocking your bile ducts.
