Re: What if you can't find/afford organic? PLS help!

Hi, Just picked up Mother Earth News (January edition). There's a lot of info in there about cold storage for saving your veggies; instructions on how to build a basement root celler, etc. I think I'm going to put some of the advice into practice this summer, and try to preserve a bunch of stuff in a root cellar. Should make it a little cheaper to eat raw next fall and winter.
