DOH!!! Half of the things on your list are things I buy every day for my family!!! We do always peel, but after allowing myself and my family to put anything in their mouths that they want for so long, I so want to make things healthy for them now! I did find organic apples once at my grocery store, but the next time I went back to get more, the sign said organic, but they weren't - they were covered with wax! With my limited resources, at this time I buy what I can, soak in wash for a while and peel. I've been told that eating fruits/veggies raw/unorganic is better than not at all, so until farmer's markets open up, that's what I'm doing. Thanks for the list though - it is good to know what to look out for.
