You are most welcome. One of my coworkers got so much better with ACV drink only. I am glad that you are receptive. You will do well with things you learn in this journey. Don’t feel disappointed when and if you do not see results right away. It takes long to get sick and longer to heal.

You will be surprised how much you have benefitted from the fast. Yes, you may still be in detox stage, you will continue to detox if you stay on plant based diet and don’t cheat. I am hoping to do a ten day fast next week. Hopefully I will be able to post here everyday.
