Thanks for all the support. I have Asthma since I was a child. So to be able to get rid of it and build up my lung capacity would be great.
I have a lot to learn and a lot to implement. After the fast is broken following the 15 day diet plan you laid out. I intend to try the Liver/colon flush. The massage technique you recommended with castor oil. The Asthma cure recommendation and then get ready for some more fasting ia.

Seems I maybe busy for a little while.

I would say so far regarding my Water Fast I feel like my body is only just starting to clear out as i'm approaching the 10th day rather than it have started the process at day 5,6 or 7. I realise everyone is different. But I was under the impression that they're are distinct phase. The Autophagy stage, regeneration and finally healing. It seems to me that I may still be at the removal of toxins/Autophagy stage after 10 days. It is possible that maybe my body is working on multiple stages but I am only noticing the toxin stage rather than the regeneration.
