I ended up eating yesterday but 23 1/2 hours I did in fact do a water fast. And guess what no wine, hurray.
I have the "planned" eating day tomorrow, Saturday, so I think I will start fresh Sunday. I will try to keep reading and reading your post over and over again, till I get it through my head to "take care of myself" and stop worrying what people say :)
