the thought of a scraper oh brother,
I'll try tooth brushing for now. If I order it on Amazon etc, family members will see the order - so I cannot go that route, I was hoping maybe a health food store.

I really wanted to brush my teeth when I got to work because my mouth already doesn't feel up to par, but I am trying to swish with water a lot, this bites lol :)
