Re: Are there any healthy sugars?

Well, depending on many other factors.

Fruit can be a full meal, if the rest of your day/week can compensate with less simple carbs, or balanced with more fat or higher activity levels.
I wouldn't make a habit of eating a whole meal of fruit in one go.
Stager it from sunrise to midday when the body is cleansing, then switch to fats and proteins when your body is done cleansing.

But if one does eat full fruit meals, it's not terrible, it just needs to be compensated for and adjusted accordingly.

Often if I'm on long drives/journey/trips and I need to purchase food while I'm out, I will buy fruit, and just nibble my whole drive - rather than buy processed foods. Traveling can halt ones digestion quite badly, but fruit keeps it moving along... Few nuts/avocado to keep things stable. Never been an issue. Normally after traveling I balance out my diet the next day...
