Re: Are there any healthy sugars?

Thanks. That's a lot of information!

I actually prefer to eat fruit for dinner, which is the opposite of your preference. This is because I think the digestive fire is low in the evening. However, I recently read a post by Andreas Moritz that says that because the digestive power is low in the evening, fruit ferments in the colon and attracts bad micro-organisms, so he too recommends fruit in the day.

I have read of the Hunza and their diet, but do you have a link to a detailed description of their diet?

After reading your post and doing a bit of research I think I should reduce my intake of honey and shift fruit to lunch.

So far I have never felt a Sugar spike from a large fruit meal so my body may take Sugar better than others. On the other hand, I feel terrible if I eat something with white Sugar in it.
