I actually prefer to eat fruit for dinner, which is the opposite of your preference. This is because I think the digestive fire is low in the evening. However, I recently read a post by
Andreas Moritz that says that because the digestive power is low in the evening, fruit ferments in the colon and attracts bad micro-organisms, so he too recommends fruit in the day.
I have read of the Hunza and their diet, but do you have a link to a detailed description of their diet?
After reading your post and doing a bit of research I think I should reduce my intake of honey and shift fruit to lunch.
So far I have never felt a
Sugar spike from a large fruit meal so my body may take
Sugar better than others. On the other hand, I feel terrible if I eat something with white
Sugar in it.
