Re: Are there any healthy sugars?

Short term that may be so, but I'd hate to test that our long term. I'm sure heaps of the diabetes sufferers may have had similar experiences... But long term, few less limb later they may have thought differently. I've seen loved ones loose limbs due to gas gangrene from blood cells dying and lost circulation. It's terribly sad. (I personally think white flour is also a major contributor but that's another story)...
For neural health to stave off diseases like
Alzheimer's, dr David Perlmutter recommends certainly under 100g of carbs, and ideally more like 60g and at the lower end 45g of carbs, for neural and cardiac health. This is more in line with keto type eating but not as hardcore.
A Tbsp honey is around 15-25g of carbs. So you can still dip your fruit in it. Depends on what else you have in the day.
