You obviously don't use Amazon a lot Tomi!

It is there, under account balances gift card vouchers, which you or anyone can buy from Amazon by the way, five pounds for me to spend on anything I wish. It is called good customer service when things go wrong to clients who use Amazon a lot. A cash gift for an inconvenience caused because I am a Prime member and now won't get the product until Tuesday because of the Bank Holiday.

If you complain enough you always get something back, usually my Prime membership is extended and has been a number of times.

In the past I have been allowed to keep products when one didn't turn up so they sent another out then only for the product to turn up later. Why do I get treated so well, because I am a frequent customer who is clevour enough to know when to complain and not sit back.

It is called good customer relations Tomi and that is how to run a good company, to look after your good customers and they will look after you.

I love the convenience of Amazon, I have been using them for years. The best delivery drivers are DHL, never get a problem with them, the worse are Hermes.

By the way there is no message to open up, they telephoned me because Amazon have my details, it can't be an imposter, it's all done through a safety system.
