I guess you are fasting with water only. If you are, then just drink warm water.
If you are not fasting then eat breakfast.
I don't think the stomach pulling is hunger. We are so used to eating a lot, heavy proteins, processed foods, which all feeds the reward center of our brain. When the food does not come in the reward center is not happy. So the key is to breakout of that cycle.
