I ended the previous fast last night, 48 hours. I got diarrhea during the day and somehow never felt thirsty so I had no water, but I had to run a couple errands (indian grocery run and other store) the smell of Indian food (the grocery store is next to the indian restaurant) and the other store next to McD's then I get home and my wife is cooking onions and mushrooms with a million spices, and I caved. Anyway now I can do a 3 day water only, see how I feel, then shoot for a 4 day water only and more if I can after that. I ate a very keto meal, no carbs other than veggies, and finished with nuts and even my dessert was peanut butter. Nearly no carbs in all of it. I am tossing all the junk candy shortly. 3 days from now I am eating @ a friends daughters birthday party. May try to stay with veggies only then too. But a little bit of a hit or miss there. On 29th office gathering - they're getting pizza, I think I'll end up eating a few pizza toppings and then eat more @ home. Still probably eat keto only. Past that I'll see how the fasting goes, if I should even do it.
