I'll try water only through Saturday, I guess starting from 2hrs ago when I finished my coffee.
I read that chapter, and he doesn't put numbers to his fasters size before the fast etc etc, but I have pretty much done several fasts longer than 3 days since Oct 15th. Most of the early ones were water and coffee with butter+MCT oil, and all the ones after Nov 6th were electrolytes and lemon juice or Apple cider vinegar and after Christmas when I got to the 150 mark, I've added heavy whipping cream instead of butter in my coffee and used sucralose. I'll try a 4 day without anything, but I suspect I am in electrolyte depleted state. I cant imagine doing 20 dayer now, because I am currently in the 150 zone, and when I get my bowels emptied, I should be under 140. I actually got to 140 on Jan 13th at the end of an 8 day fast. Anyway I will try water only, but those cramps are still not 100% gone, mild but persistent and localized.
