My advice to you would be to reset, eat raw plant based diet for a month, get micronutrients in your body. Stay away from fruits, berries are great with cream (Whipped cream from supermarket is junk).
As I said before your body will not touch your muscle for fuel till true hunger returns or you have depleted all your reserves and you don't eat.
Coffee and all diuretics are enervating when fasting. The very thing you need to cleanse your body, water, is taken away by caffeine. Cramps are a sign of magnesium deficiency.
Read messages here, there are so many people who fast for thirty days or more with water only. Many don't even drink water, they dry fast. If you can't live without salt and ACV, there is something called intermittent fasting. You can eat on alternate days or can do 5-2 days (eat for five days, fast for two), or 4-3. This may help you.
You can use xylitol, stevia or yacon syrup as sweeteners. Artificial sweeteners are not good for you. In your foods you can include coconut products and avocados, they have good fats and help you stay in Ketosis.
Also if you are worried about long fasts, If you have any fear, I suggest not to fast. All animals on this planet are born and programmed not to eat every day. If nature did not program us that way, nature would fail, and she never fails.
