Re: Dyshidrotic Eczema Cure - Pompholyx Cure: What worked!

This is an old post but in case anyone is looking for a treatment for this, I have done this: Soak hands in 1/3 vinegar 2/3 water solution for 30 mins every day for 4 days. Get the water really hot, and use organic Apple Cider Vinegar. My hands felt amazing - I had an outbreak ongoing and the itchiness disapeared with the first soak.
Once the thing started to go, I applied the hot solution on a cotton ball and dabbed it onto the specific areas when they began to itch. After this I was able to use a hiper-alergenic moisturizing cream, and almond oil to re-hydrate the skin. Also put on cotton gloves whenever possible (washed using a non comercial soap each day) under XL nitrile gloves (blue ones). I even slept on occasion with these gloves on and awoke to nicely soft hands. The vinegar works better really hot, but be careful not to scald your tender hands!
