I have suffered for the last 13 years with dyshidrosis on my left foot (not the right - go figure!) and in the last few years realized (from other symptoms) that I had issues with Candida. I started noticing that my dyshidrosis got better when I was following the strictest diets for Candida, but I always fell off those because they were so stressful in themselves to follow! Last month, I decided to try Diflucan as a last resort. I could only stand three weeks of the medication, since it made me incredibly foggy, depressed, and nonfunctional, but my Candida symptoms are better, and amazingly, my dyshidrosis is completely gone! It's such a strange feeling to not have my "weird foot" anymore, but I think I can live with this.
