Grains-free or gluten-free ?

Tell me just one thing.

Have you eliminated all grains from your diet during those 3,5 weeks (and all grains products), or have you just eliminated grains with gluten?

Rice, Wild Rice, Corn, Millet, Amaranth, Quinoa, Buckwheat, Sorghum and Teff are naturally gluten free grains.
Buckwheat is actually not a real grain, but has similar properties.

Some Oats are also gluten free, but not all.

I believe that gluten sensitive people can recover faster if they eliminate all grains for a limited amount of time (few months).

After that they can include gluten free grains one by one as a test, to see if there is any reaction.

On a grains-free diet, many people beat all infections much faster, even those who are not gluten or grains sensitive.

I would personally suggest to everyone to try grains-free diet, at least for a 2-3 weeks, just to feel if it makes any difference.

Especially for those who are of Blood Type O

Just a thought ..
