That generally means that there is still something in your diet triggering premature cell death.
It could be some other grains, or some other seeds (beens or nuts) or it could be milk products, or even oranges, lemons,
food additives ,
Sugar etc.
Keep searching.
Eliminate as much as possible, if you can, and if that helps, include one food at the time to find the one that is triggering EC.
Finding foods you react to is a process.
If you have lived with gluten intolerance for so many years, it is highly probably that it has caused some other intolerances due to intestinal permeability (leaky gut).
We tend to develop intolerances to undigested foods and other things our blood comes in contact with.
If you lips were ever bleeding, anyting that came in contact with your open sores may have become something you react to.
That is howw people with EC become allergic to SLS, Aquaphore, etc.
People who suffer from eczema and who scratch their skin to bleeding, often develop allergies to anything they put on the open sores.
I tink it is similar with people who have open sores on their lips, cracked lips.
They could easily develop intolerance to things that come in contact with open sore.
