Thanks y'all for all the responses! I currently use olive oil to cook everything, I put coconut oil in my daily smoothie, and I use organic valley grass fed butter. So I try to eat good fats as much as possible, I'll try to get some avocado in. I also eat pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds every day (put them in my smoothie).
I ended up starting the
parasite cleanse 3 days ago & then read that I can do the
Colon Cleanse at the same time. So I'm now taking the
parasite cleanse capsules 3x a day and drinking a P&B shake twice a day. I also started drinking 1 tsp. of msm in the morning. So far nothing significant has happened but it's only been 2 full days of doing this.
It might be hard for me to do an
Elimination Diet as I don't really have the money or time to focus on that, however I didn't know about lectins & I'm thinking that maybe the rice & potatoes could be to blame for my recent bloating. I'll try to phase those out for awhile & see what happens when I eat them after this cleanse.
Another weird issue I'm having, and I doubt anyone here would have an answer but I'll throw it out anyways.. a month ago I started putting bovine collagen peptides in my smoothies. After about 5-7 days I was majorly bloated and has lost my appetite for days, I had to really search to find these symptoms being related to the collagen as the manufacturer didn't list it in their side effects but other people mentioned it in reviews. I stopped taking it completely after that week, it's now been 3 weeks and I still have not had my period. Really starting to worry me. I'm hoping the
Colon Cleanse will get stuff out if that's the issue.
