Re: where do i start?

I forgot something important. You have hair loss and no sheen or shine to your hair. You have to increase the fat in your diet. I would recommend that you try to get at least 50% of your calories in good fats. Avocados, coconut oil, organic grass fed butter, olive oil. Many doctors are now recommending a high fat diet so keep it up.
You also need to supply some trace minerals and you need all of the amino acids. Start adding diatomaceous earth to your diet.FOOD GRADE ONLY. Start with 1/2 tsp mixed in 8 oz of water once a day. Work up to 1 tsp. 3x /day. This has essential trace minerals and is a natural anti-parasitic. Do not be surprised if you start eliminating worms and flukes with it. Just keep it up. It will make your hair beautiful and grow quickly. It will do the same for nails and teeth.
Then add pea protein. It has all of the amino acids. I found that it took away my cravings. My body was finally getting everything it needed.
Finally, add 2 capsules of pumpkin seed oil per day to your diet. This will help your hair regrow but it is a slow process. Expect at least 6 weeks before you see any new growth.
With all of these changes, in 6 months you will be a new person. Just have patience, persistence and gratitude.
One last thing. There is a difference between organic and non-GMO. The non-GMO can still be loaded with pesticides, additives and other crap that you don't want. The organic doesn't have that. Best policy is to buy nothing in a box.
