Re: where do i start?

Thank you, I appreciate the response. Unfortunately it's not really possible for me to do much for my emotions or mental health as there are multiple heavy things going on in my life right now. As for the pills, I found out that I had thyroid when I was 15, I took pills for 3 years, then I was traveling and/or homeless for a couple years and I stopped taking them. When I started to get it together when I was 22 I went to multiple different doctors who said my thyroid was low but not low enough that I needed to take meds. After awhile I started getting worried that I would get sick without the meds because my mom has severe thyroid that she can die from if she doesn't take her pills for more than a month. I was tired and depressed all the time (as I've been my whole life), but I was especially like really really tired during this time (probably my diet) so I insisted on taking a low dose. Now it's 3 years later and I've had to up my dose twice and I recently read that once you take the pills you're on them for life because they destabilize your thyroid's ability to work on its own - had I never taken them I could've fixed it myself with Iodine but now I'm stuck. I would love to get off of them but I've read in different places that it's not possible. These are the only meds I take besides a daily vitamin.
My organic/non-gmo diet does not include doughnuts lol I try to stay away from Sugar & processed foods as much as I can. As I said before I eat a lot of rice (wild, jasmine, forbidden), red potatoes (supposed to be good for thyroid, I eat them every other day), beans(the brand simple truth is the only one I've found that is organic non-gmo AND bpa-free lining, only 1.25 a can just fyi), tons of garlic, basil (my best friend's chinese father told me he eats garlic & basil every day & never gets sick), mushrooms, cinnamon, turmeric, pineapple juice, etc I'm very poor so I end up spending a lot on juice & veggies for my smoothies & only have enough to buy rice & beans but I'm ok with that. I've been mostly vegetarian for a couple months now, I don't eat cheese at all but it's been hard to not eat eggs when they're cheap & easy & I feel slightly funny without meat which they help. Sorry for the ramble, basically what I'm saying is I eat as healthy as I can, I'm very sensitive and if I eat a tiny piece of chocolate or anything with Sugar I feel headache-y so I have no choice but to keep it clean.

You suggested colon, then liver, then parasite cleanse. I read somewhere that it's not good to do the liver before the parasite? I'll try to read about that more other places but if you know for sure that one way is better please let me know. I will also look into Colon Cleanses & if you have good advice for that please share. Thank you !
