I hope the protein powder thing works for you but it eventually (4 weeks) stopped working for me and seemed to cause more food intolerances .
Not that my method is any better but I take Essential Aminos (18) with every meal and MSM. This combo is suppose to draw out heavy metals and fill the amino acid gaps. I also take Colostrum on an empty stomach to heal the gut. Not as dramatic as the protein powder boost but it feels more level.
