Re: Anybody believe this is true?
"I wasn't there when you and your husband laughed about him being moved to tears. I'm just saying that I see nothing to laugh at."
You know, I just wish I hadn't of told that story now, because it's being so taken in a way I didn't mean it. lol
We were not laughing at the initial tear jerking moment of him saying he would die for me. That was a beautiful, sweet moment! We were laughing at how quick we can go from "I would die for you!" to "That simple thing you just asked me to do, that you really need me to do, is too inconvenient for me right now!"
My mom got it at least! lol
"I know Thorn is a calvinist now, but he has not forgotten being a pentecostal."
Thorn hasn't forgotten being a pentecostal but he in no way wants to go back! He's so thankful to be out of all that. While I'm on here doing this, he's on facebook with old pentecostal friends and family trying to get them to see the light! :)
Leaving Pentecostalism doesn't mean you leave all your emotions behind. That would be silly! Like I said in the post above, we are both emotional people and will be until the day we die I'm sure.
