Thanks DesertLili, I'm pretty sure EFT will do the trick. It actually can manually do things like that DNA switch thing without meditating or diet, or any other mental manipulation, thank goodness. My observation has been if you know what your body's doing and you know what it should be doing instead, you can tap using that info to switch it around.

It's as easy as that. It's so easy it almost feels like cheating. *lol* But 20 years success (mostly, cuz I'd be tapping for the wrong thing and didn't realize it, and so of course it didn't work) has totally convinced me. I did have to learn what to tap for, which is what's taken so long. But I'm pretty much there now. Yay!

And my sweetie eats Avocados with a spoon too--ick. I know I probably can tap for that to get rid of these food aversions but obviously I'm going to have to tap for wanting to, first. Cuz I don't even want to. Maybe cuz I'll have to dig around in that cult abuse stuff--I know that it's rooted in that. Blah. Not my favorite subject to deal with. I'd much rather just go without avocados. :)

I think the trying to substitute for needed nutrients would only happen if absolutely necessary for survival, and probably most wouldn't survive but the few who did would of course pass that new way of doing things on.

I've been a very strong pita since I started testing it--of the three pulse points, the pita was always like 75%, then 10% vatta, and 5% Kapha (I could hardly feel them). I've not done much deeper research into that stuff though, other some figuring out why my body was different than other folks. The one real advantage I've found being pita, is I can take herbs without a catalyst, unlike the other body types who need a hot drink or cayenne pepper capsule. I always wondered why so many people didn't think herbs work. Well for them, without a catalyst, they didn't. Question answered. :)
