I have a therapist right now, but she never dealt with fasting.
Emotional healing to make self-discipline sounds really interesting. I will try to talk about it with my therapist and do YouTube meditations on it. I do have at least one topic I can think of that we can talk about.
As for gaining weight back after fasting, I plan to drink one or two cans or cups of juice per day only, and continue that the rest of my life, and if I keep dropping weight below 99 lbs, I will drink more or even add a fruit, but I prefer juice fast the rest of my life. Goodbye, yummy solid food from my favorite restaurant.
