good job; how it goes; how I did it

I have to say that you may gain weight back, or you may not. It all depends on how you eat afterwards. I have had no-gaining and gaining post-fats periods. And gaining always came because I ate processed or too much cooked stuff - even if it was healthy. Raw will never allow you to gain beyond your optimal weight at the time, unless you stuff yourself up ... staying on raw foods, if you can afford organic, until your body finds and adapts to its new "ideal" weight will help you; also it is the best way of rebuilding yourself with new cells and tissues. Tamari (if gluten free) is good, beware that it may cause water retention if you use it in your re-feeding period.
On the other points I feel you are doing remarkable progress. I can now see clarity and focus through your messages. Some of your earlier posts were too hard to understand, and they were before you made it through few fasts.
Congratulation. I feel you are on the right path.
I agree with the previous post, that a therapist may come handy in resolving emotional issues. As is the case for each and everyone of us.
Not everyone though, can afford good therapist and for the time required - weeks, months, years maybe. Alternatively meditating and self-talk, the one that you are doing, are good options. EFT also may come in handy - it does not require money. I believe #461, the poster above can give a more competent opinion on that one.
Open your heart to love yourself and completely approve of yourself, then the child in you would want to please you, instead of pointing constantly toward the temptations. At the end of the day fasting is so relatively short, compared to all that time that we eat.
You are doing great. BTW every faster has food thoughts, (how can we forget that food exists? - it would be like forgetting that be breath) - don't feel bad about having these thoughts. Instead just continue, until it feels reasonable to you. Then introduce juice or raw fruit, plan for it. Don't go in the kitchen and eat the first thing you see.
... been there, done it - there is a better way.
Also the feeling of empty stomach is not a feeling of deprivation, it is rather a feeling of clean body. Don't feel bad about it, embrace it. It is also possible to partially keep that state when you eat raw food. They come and go quite fast so your system stays clean and light.
Sorry if it is too much, I just felt inspired to share in response of your last posts.
Keep up the good job.
