Our hearts are free, our spirits are free, and we are stepping back to allow our minds and bodies the freedom to HEAL from all the physical and emotional ailments that have accrued during our time in our present physical forms! What a gift!! What a demonstration of love! Getting closer to the vibration of love, light, and nature! You are correct in that a fast is a rebirth! We are being born anew, paving the path into a new life :)
