E: But the truth of the matter which actually is rational and which actually does make sense as well as aligning fully with what scripture says about it is that God the Healer (Jehova Raffa :) ) has chosen to include His children in His Kingdom work, something every bit as true today as it was 2000 years ago. People He could heal on His own much more efficiently, both 2000 years ago and today, He chooses (and chose in the past) to allow His flawed children to have an important part in, actually giving "those who believe" the privilege of co-partnering in His Kingdom of Heaven work. If He wanted to do it all on His own, He would have done so, but instead, when "those who believe"... those who have been given authority and faith and step out in it.. pray healings, people are healed right then and there.

V: Our kingdom of heaven work, the work we are privileged to participate in, is the spreading of the gospel. That was the work of the apostles, disciples, etc. also and the sign gifts were given to authenticate their message until the completed scriptures came. The spreading of the gospel message was what it was all about, not just some miraculous show meant to wow people into believing. For those that didn't believe the gospel message, it didn't matter how many miracles they saw. Tweet
