Well, i think.i have experienced same thing as before, but i have to ask a question which is quite embarassing. Do you do felatio? If yes, a hard felatio that your partner push it inside your throat like really hard? Because thats what happened to me before, my throat got wounded and infected by virus so my tonsil and throat was like almost ruined and me my self even worried, of course you i have and you have to worry about it. Because if it get worst, the virus may make your wound bigger and even put hole from inside out. Some of those phlegm may not be pleghm but sperms at stuck in your throat or lungs(if you are swallowing). Try gargleing with vetadine, or any antivirus gargle solution. Just keep using it as prescribed, plus drink Antibiotic and cough syrup. Let me guess how that yellow thing came from the hole smells, it smells almost like a decaying tooth but not as strong.
