Yes I've recently had some people I work with test positive for tb showing they were exposed. It is definitely back. Have to take 9 months of meds through the CDC. As far as the larvae and hole. I dont know but there are worms called Gongylonema pulchrum that live in the mouth pallet. If you had dead tissue it could be maggots.
