live. one is either alive or not, in or out of the body.

die. the quote is, "it is appointed unto man once to die and then the judgment." death can be spiritual or physical or both. death can be final or it can be like sleep. jesus said they could take his life but he was laying it down and could take it back up again.

at any rate, everybody gotta die at least once. more may be necessary. or as with elijah, he was taken up in a fiery chariot. perhaps as john the baptist he was able to finally meet his appointment.

also, jesus was definitely reincarnated. both melchezidek and the fourth person in the fiery furnace were described as the son of god and most students of the bible agree this was "jesus." in that case, as jesus in the womb, he was the definition of reincarnation.

reincarnation exists. the question is, how ubiquitous is it? is reincarnation the judgment? is jesus ultimately the reincarnation of adam? have we, as CSN&Y said, all been here before? Tweet
