Also, I'd suggest starting with one or two coffee enemas
A day and keep an eye on how you feel - if you are very caffeine sensitive like me I find I can only do one a day. I don't do them much anymore but they are very helpful when you are toxic.
You can increase the coffee dose up to 4 tablespoons and if you like you can add a wee bit more water, up to four cups, if you find most water is being absorbed by the colon and you're not releasing much.
Also drink plenty of warm water with Sea Salt BEFORE the enema as if you are dehydrated you will simply absorb all the liquid into your colon.
