Re: Desperately need help.Very serious.

ok I will get 3% food grade peroxide because it the only one available where we live. I cannot wait for a delivery I need to try now. At least see how it works as soon as possible. but would this worsen my inflammatory feeling inside. whether it is gastritis or gallbladder irrtation? or whatever else
-marshmallow root I have it in tincture
-Is espom salt bath ok or should I do something specific? maybe herbal bath.
I have problems with raw juices, when I am in a relapse like now or when my condition get a bit worse I don't tolerate juices because the it gives me headaches and I feel like burning inside out especially in my face. Well burning in my head is one of the symptoms that drive me nuts.
_unfortunately i cannot eat raw at least not until I "kill" or correct whatever is killing me. I only cook foods so my enzymes are probably low too.
My diet due to this disease is simply this:
Fish cooked in vegetables-carrots, celery, some onion, zucchini or squash. Meat soups mostly chicken with similar vegetables
I was supplementing l-glutamine for a time 2-3 years ago. NAC glucosamine also stopped some time ago. DGL licorice, some aloe but very rarely because it made me feel uncomfortable, flax oil. flax seed powder glutenious tea- very good for healing stomach and mucousal lining. Manuka honey and molasses. Calcium carbonate and mag carbonate for acid and the rest I will write if I remember.
