Re: Desperately need help.Very serious.

I'm so sorry to hear how much you're suffering with this. I will only suggest Afew things right now which you may have already heard about or tried...

If food is not leaving your stomach, try switching to RAW foods - if you find you can only digest fruit then eat that at least - the fibre will help to get things moving as well. Mainly water based fruits (bananas may be too starchy). Raw food contains enzymes needed to basically digest itself. Start with fruit and lots of apples (purée them if you desire) and see if your stomach can empty. Give it a few days. When I suffered from chronic gastroparesis (and still do) due to extreme liver congestion and lack of bile, raw food is the only food I can digest. If this helps, move into raw vegetables (you can marinate sliced veges in lemon juice, salt, herbs and a spoon of oil) or you could get more creative with online recipes. If your energy is zapped try eating some dates as they are excellent for helping you gain weight and full of good stuff. I understand you may be wanting to avoid Sugar if you are worried about candida but for the sake of the next week or so you might need the energy.

I also lived on coconut oil when my digestion was completely dysfunctional. It gave me enough energy to get by. It's also very easily digested and may help with candida if that is the case. Goats milk is also very soothing to the digestive system and contains a lot of nutrition, especially if you can get t fresh and raw. You may need to find a few things that work for you just to get you through the rough patch.

Try to find some KEFIR grains so you can start your own milk kefir culture - if that's not accessible then try find some milk kefir at the supermarket or health food shop. I'm intolerant to dairy but I can tolerate milk kefir as the good bacteria break down the lactose. KEFIR is amazing for recolonising your gut, healing it and boosting digestion.

I find Apple cider vinegar very helpful for gastroparesis symptoms. It may feel like it's burning your stomach when you drink it but it actually is very gentle and will alkalise your system. It will definitely do no damage.

No doubt you've heard of/tried juicing. If you can fresh press your own juices this will give your body the vitamins and goodness it needs meanwhile. You need to find anyway you can of supporting your body.

Sending you much love and prayers for your recovery. Hang in there - things will get better eventually. How successful have your Liver Flushes been? Have they helped at all? What seemed to be the event that set off all your digestive problems?
