I think many Christians would agree with you on that and I think that is just sad. There is so much more that Christ could do for us if we are open to the possibility. We want to bring Christ down to our level, place our limits on Him instead of rising up to His level. His ways are not our ways, so we are supposed to change our ways to His ways.

I did read your other post as well where you said we should try to let Christ remove as much of our suffering as possible. Well, why not all of it? It there a limit to what Christ can accomplish, even on this Earth, even in our existence in the flesh?
