I have tried ashwagnda and rhodiola, cortisol manager and seriphos.
These either left me very depressed or more wired.
My point is that on paper there is a nice easy explanation as to how these supplements are supposed to work. It sounds highly logical but in practice it doesn't seem to be that way. At least not for me.
I wonder if that is the reason why a few on this forum give up on these supplements and instead choose to use only vitamins and minerals to treat their condition.
maybe I am not being patient enough when trying these supplements. I wanted to take an informal survey to see if anyone has used them any success.
