Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

If you're really suffering, go get what you need locally. Yes, the local stuff won't last long. It doesn't clean well and can't be rinsed well. It's the tubing that presents the problem. You will probably be doing a lot of CE's before you are done. You can buy new tubing for the bag at a medical supply store locally, if you have one. The bag, itself, is not hard to clean and will last a long time.
