You had asked me if I had an infection in my gallbladder, how does a person find out if they have one?

Also, I would love to hear more about your adrenals/cortisol. Did you have a cortisol saliva test done? Were you high, low or mixed? My cortisol was okay in the morning but low at noon, 5pm, and 10pm.

I have read that it is best to have protein, good fats and a small amount of unrefined carbs and veggies at each meal for adrenals.

What kind of carbs are you eating?
