Thanks for your reply! Now I am at a loss. I have read by several adrenal experts that adrenals need good fats. I am following Dr. James Wilson adrenal protocol and will soon be starting his adrenal rebuilding supplements. With the low cortisol, I have developed hypoglycemia. I eat veggies, protein, and a good carb (brown rice, beans, etc.) with every meal.
