After reading this thread, I can only conclude:

A. Different Strokes for Different Folks; and
B. What Works for a While May Not Necessarily Work Forever; and
C. We Have to Re-assess Our Way of Eating Every So Often.

Does anyone agree or disagree with the above statements?
