Your idea of re-feeding is the right one. Just take few bites at a time, or let's say half a cup at a time and if it stays down, repeat in 2-3-4- hrs hours as per your body signals. Just don't over do re-feeding either.
You can safely go with
Watermelon for a couple of days to 3-7 and more days. Fruits and juice are 90% of what I eat, so this should be a sufficient menu for re-feeding :). You can try coconut water, if someone can open it for you (caned is not good) for the coconut meat you should wait at least a week, same for small quantities of food that are more-condensed.
Actually, if you feel in good shape with the watermelon, you can safely fruit-fast with up to 1-1.5-2 kg (if you are relatively active - the bigger quantity) of
Watermelon pulp (not including the peel in the calculation) and getting the salts I mentioned previously, for weeks, people do it 4-6 wks, for example ... but regarding your fatigue you will need to decide for yourself whether to continue now with
Watermelon fast or not.
