Re: 11th day water fasting and suffering, need help

Thank you for this information, I'll definitely be putting this into consideration when re-feeding and also preparing for the next fast.

I just wanted to add that I've vomited another 3 times, which makes it a total of 7 times so far today, however the last time was strange, there was a lot of bile but some of it was brown or red slugs. I was a little worried that it was blood but it doesn't look like it, but I also had little black spots also coming out. Is that normal?

I still have something in the back of my throat besides the mucus and have no more energy to try the foot soak or enema. I guess I'll try tomorrow.

Do you know what that might be?
