Thank you for the nice words!

You are definitely courageous and determined, which is one of the pillars to success! You did juice fast -- good ... did you have fiber in the juices (did it help you eliminate -- if not that is one thing to mind next time). Also green juices (celery, cucumber, broccoli, kale) would normally give you salts/electrolytes; if you only had fruits and little or no greens, you may already have gotten somewhat salt-deficient during the juice-fast. In that regards alternating whole fruits (up to 1.5-2 kg for active people) with herbal tea-honey every two hours is better than fruit juice alone. Also the fiber will brush your intestines clean and the honey has some minerals/salts. You can do that for 3 weeks, or 2 weeks, then after you need to re-feed also. If you have green-juices you can pretty much go up to 90 days with no salt deficiency.
The body will find another eliminating path (vomiting, mucus) if the intestines are too clogged up and are not a good eliminating path at the moment.
