I took 1,000 mg pure tryptophan and 500mg 5HTP last night. How long should I wait to try low dose methylene blue (1 drop 2.3%) in 1/2 gallon water? I have been using borax occasionally and Hydrogen peroxide but they have not improved my burning eyes. Hopeful the methylene blue will help the eyes. Thanks
