What is the safe dose for Methylene Blue? I am up to (slow increase) 7 drops 3 times a day. After a dose I feel better for about an hour, give or take. I am also up to 4 drops of Lugol's Iodine once a day.

I also highly recommend Vitamin D3 to be taken with the Borax. Borax has the action of de-calcifying soft tissue. The Vitamin D3 will help the body to re-calcify the skeletal structure.

Thank you! I would like to add that boron is lost when you are exposed to aluminum. So, boron would be a particularly important remedy if you have been exposed to more than your share of aluminum. (vaccines, chemtrails, aluminum cookware, aluminum smelting.) I would guess that taking the boron would help your body release the aluminum. It seems logical, but I've no proof. I've read that malic acid and EDTA help get rid of aluminum.

Aluminum interferes with your alpha keto glutaric acid, which you need for energy production and for the conversion of B6 into its active form of Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P). The yeast toxin acetaldehyde also lowers your alpha ketoglutaric acid.

In fact, there are a lot of things that the yeast toxin acetaldehyde interfere with. Replacing these nutrients should be beneficial for anyone who has had yeast overgrowth. (At least I found them beneficial.) Yeast depletes or interferes with these nutrients: NAD (a form of niacin), vitamin B1, taurine, alpha ketoglutaric acid, glutamine, P5P, coenzyme Q10, and methyl-folate. Very often yeast get rid of your malic acid, too.

Slowsmile thank you so much for your post on Candida. What a tremendous amount of information. I have had Candida for years and have tried several times to get rid of it. I happened on your post last night because I bought borax recently and wanted to see how to use it to rid myself of systemic candida.

After reading your article though I realize that this will be much more difficult than I thought and I am going to try and take your advice of attacking it at all angles. I am scared though, I have had horrible die off at times in which I have vomited, bloating so badly I thought my stomach would explode and horrible headaches.

I need a slow approach can you recommend a slower approach for me?

Also I have issues with taking herbs. I have been treated for Depression for 15 years. I have been on Effexor 6 of those years. When I use herbs it flushes out my liver too quickly and the medication doesn't work and I become extremely anxious and lethargic to the point of not being able to get out of bed.

I want off the Effexor so badly but the last time I tried which was a year and a half ago, the anxiety got so bad that I actually had a heart attack. (I am a 54 year old woman with a horrible family history of heart disease.) I am also about 30 pounds overweight and not so good lipid profile.

I refuse to take statins, I have tried 3 brands and all of them made me so mentally confused that I was literally missing work because I didn't know what day it was.

I really need help because I feel awful. I have one more question. I have had heavy metal blood testing and they returned normal. But you mentioned something in your article about prescription drugs causing us to have heavy metal poisoning. Did I read that correctly?

Doesn't Ted's Lime/Lemon alkalizing remedies make your stomach more alkaline? Isn't candida suppose to thrive in alkaline environment?
