Very informative! I just emailed you slowsmile to ask for your protocol before seeing it here.I plan to try it but am wondering if taking borax daily 4 days on and 3 days off for long periods of time with the methylene blue daily as well would cause the candida to become resistant to it?.This seems to be my issue with taking things. They work in the beginning but after a couple weeks my candida becomes resistant.I now know to alternate between antifulgals but am curious if candida will become resistant to borax and methylene blue?
