Re: Successfully Treating and Eliminating Systemic Candida

Hi jfc772....It took a whole year to cure myself of systemic candida and, really, I guess it's up to you when you feel well enough to quit a protocol. But even now, I still take maintenance doses of all that I recommend on a weekly or monthly basis. I do this because I really hated the way candida made me feel.So I never want candida in my body again.

I took a year to cure my own candida because I  was a bit lax with my own diet which wasn't that bad -- I don't eat junk food, take much sugar or drink coke etc anyway, but I do like eating out and and having drinks with friends. So, I developed my own strategy of recovering my healthy zone the day after, say, I eat the wrong food or drink too much. This strategy is simply to mainly alkalize and mineralize like crazy the next day to get my body back into its correct healthy pH zone.  Seems to work fairly well.

But with the new candida protocol that I have shown here, I reckon that you can cure systemic candida in about 4 months.
